Going back to school to obtain my Master’s degree in Nursing Administration at such a large campus like Adelphi University was a bit intimidating at first. I wondered if the faculty will be compassionate when it comes to the workload of working students. My journey, so far, has been great. Professors are caring and come with a variety of nursing experiences such as CNOs and researchers, who will give me the foundation to fulfill my nursing career.– Melissa Wells, Nursing Administration Student
