Undergraduate Programs| ASCEND Program (R.N. to B.S. Program)

Student administers blood pressure exam
Registered nurses have the option of enrolling in ASCEND, the one-day per week R.N. to B.S. program. Designed to accommodate the schedules of working nurses, the program allows nurses to attend classes only one day each week. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible to enter this program.

The program also provides an easy transition into the graduate nursing program. Students may take undergraduate courses at the graduate level. Following the completion of the R.N. to B.S. program, students must apply for graduation. They may then apply for admission to one of the several Master of Science programs. Students in the ASCEND program follow a set plan of study to meet the degree requirements.
