**Associate Degrees
A.A.S.: Graduates with an A.A.S. degree may not have fulfilled their humanities requirements. The A.A.S. degree is awarded by Suffolk Community College, Queensborough Community College, and other institutions.
A.S.: Graduates with an AS degree may have met all humanities requirements. The A.S. degree is awarded by Nassau Community College, Farmingdale, the Borough of Manhattan Community College and other institutions.
Credit Transfer
Students may transfer up to 64 credits from an associate degree program.
Students may transfer up to 90 credits from a baccalaureate program.
Please note that any additional credits above the 64-credit transfer must have been earned in a four-year baccalaureate program.
