Nursing leadership impaces healthcare on a local, national, and global scale. The Adelphi University School of Nursing, in partnership with the Alpha Omega Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International announces the Fifth Annual Nursing Leadership and Research Conference for professionals in clinical practice, educational professionals, faculty, administrators, and students. This year's conference will focus on the effect of changing healthcare on the future development of the profession, and the necessity for nurses to develop leadership skills individually and collectively.

Objectives
Attendees will:
- Explore issues related to creating a harmonious workplace environment
- Examine the cause of workplace dissonance
- Discover positive methods of coping with job stress
- Earn 5 Contact Hours
