NUR 275: Communication in the Nursing Context
Upon completion of this course, the student is able to:

1. recognize the conceptual foundations of human communication.
2. apply knowledge about the dimensions of human communication to understanding interpersonal processes in the professional nurse role.
3. identify the nurse client relationship as an essential process for effective professional nurse-practice.
4. develop the use of self as a therapeutic tool in the process of nursing.
