NUR 668: Ethical & Legal Dimensions Of Health Care 3 credits The student will examine ethical and legal considerations in health care through a common framework of accountability for professional practice and decision-making by clinicians, health care organizations, and health systems. Areas addressed include civil and criminal liability, professional ethics, organizational ethics, bioethics and government enforcement of legal rights and obligations.
